The itinerary options determined by the grade of difficulty are:
EASY-SHORT:
- Bassa d’Oles Tour: beautiful run, specially at sunset, with the last rays of sunlight.
Distance: 8.5km
Elevation gain/loss: +/- 305m
- Tour Artíes-Gessa-Unha-Corilha-Gessa-Artíes: excellent for fresh days or early mornings looking for the warmth of the Poi d’Unha mountain.
Distance: 7.3km
Elevation gain/loss: +/- 375m
- Tour Vielha-Vilac-Betlan-Aubèrt-Gausac-Vielha: very pleasant and easy to run, even the bad weather days is doable taking joy.
Distance: 10km
Elevation gain/loss: +/- 270m
MODERATE:
- Tour Vielha-Pomarola-Casau-Vielha: without reaching any summit or stepping on technical terrain, but with quite a demanding distance and elevation, it stands out because of its amazing views.
Distance: 14.5km
Elevation gain/loss: +/- 810m
- Val de Toran Tour from Pontaut-Canejan-Bordius-Porcingles-Canejan: beautiful jog across the most luxuriant and wild valley of Aran.
Distance: 17km
Elevation gain/loss: +/- 1150m
- Estanhs de Baciver Tour (Tuc de Rosari optional): high mountain environment but moderate difficulty, very pleasant at sunrise or early morning.
Distance: 12.8km
Elevation gain/loss: +/- 810m
DIFFICULT-LONG, FAST STYLE ASCENTS:
- Porthillon Tour: long and demanding run reaching the Tuc de Baretja summit across the Tuc d’Aubas ridge till Entecada and returning via Luchon hillside.
Distance: 23km
Elevation gain/loss: +/- 1785m
- Tuc d’Ermèr Tour: spectacular views from the top to Val de Toran and Liat. The ascent goes trough Bedreda and the descent via Grauers.
Distance: 17km
Elevation gain/loss: +/- 1400m
- Montardo Tour: classic tour, gorgeous mountain, unique landscape ascending via Loseron and descending through the Restanca Hut.
Distance: 17km
